Consciously designing feel-better realities and thriving in all dimensions of our lives is a birthright, and it is always possible, no matter what our experiences, societal or family conditioning has led us to believe - but it does mean taking 100% responsibility for all that is out of sight buried in our subconscious minds, not yet brought to conscious awareness: the what-belongs and the absorbed, the inherited and the collective, the linear and the multi-versal.

Thankfully we don't have to do this alone; there are practices like quantum healing that we can tap into to explore and release unhelpful patterns, emotions and core programing from our personal bummocks.
